ReplyDeleteI have not used coconut oil to cook with yet. I am a new essential oil enthusiast & have one very small bottle of liquid coconut oil that I use as a carrier oil. I actually went to Tropical Traditions website to look at prices for larger quantities because my birthday is coming up & my mom is going to buy me some things I need to make my concoctions. while there looking for prices I saw the link for your giveaway! The little bit that I have on hand is such a small amount I have used it strictly as a carrier oil but I am anxious to get a larger, solid batch in my house so I can start cooking with it!

ReplyDeleteI did not see my comment. So if this duplicates I am sorry. We have mostly used for popcorn and it makes it taste and smell wonderful! I also use right on a spoon, 1 tbsp a day as it is said to kill bacteria (and I have chronic Lyme), plus so good for digestion and for skin. I did not know you could substitute for other oils in recipes without changing the taste. Thanks so much!
