Air Circulation With Ozeri 360 Oscillating Tower Fan {Review}

Thank you Modern Housewares for the fan!

The Ozeri 360 Oscillating fan is a sleek black, tall (38") tower fan with multiple settings and great features! The fan is meant to stand upright on the floor and doesn't hinder room decor.

This fan comes detached from the base. The base is in two parts and requires three screws (which are included) to attach it to the body of the fan. Really easy to put together, only took a few minutes to set up, then it was ready to use!

My husband likes air circulation in our bedroom, especially during the summer months. But I really don't like the sound of a traditional box fan. Not only are they hard to fall asleep to, but when it was on, I could not hear the boys if they were to call for me in the middle of the night from their bedrooms.

One of the many great features of the Ozeri 360 Oscillating fan is that it doesn't make much noise at all!  I can hear everything else in the house, even with the fan on. But, it also has many other great features!

First of all it has a large, color LED screen to show you what settings you are currently using.

The lights are bright enough to see on a sunny day, but not so bright that they keep you awake at night, thanks to the dimmer option on the remote. When the fan is plugged in, but not on, it will continuously display the temperature in the room. To turn the fan on, push the far right button on the top of the fan, you will then see the other images light up on the display screen.

-The button on the far left (arced arrow) adjusts the fans motion. This fan can oscillate at 60, 90, 120 or 360 degrees. Just push the button until the desired number appears on the LED display. Adjusting oscillation will help circulate air appropriately from any corner, wall or space in the room.

-The next button (triangle) is the thermostat. When engaged, the fan will automatically turn on or off to adjust to the target temperature in the room.

-Third button from the left (clock) is the timer. Every time you push this button you increase the timer by half an hour, with an 8 hour limit for automatic shut-off. As you push the button the time will be displayed on the LED screen.

-Fourth button from the left (palm tree) is to adjust the mode. There are three options, each has its own symbol on the LED screen. Normal (fan symbol), the fan will continue to run at the speed you have selected. Nature (tree image), the fan will speed up and slow down, mimicking the breeze as if you were outdoors. Sleep (sleeping smiley image), rhythmic pattern of air speed.

-The final button (three bars) is the speed button. You can select high, medium or low. This will be incicated on the screen based on how many green bars are lit up.

One of the other great things about this fan (as briefly mentioned above) is the remote! You can control this fan from anywhere in the room!

The remote has one additional button, that is the dimmer, located on the bottom right of the remote, for dimming the LED screen during night time use. It comes with the battery, which is easy to replace if/when necessary. On the back of the top of the fan there is a convenient handle for easily moving the fan from room to room as well as a built in remote holder for travel or when the remote won't be used.

This fan has been really nice for us thus far. In the winter our bedroom tends to get rather warm. It doesn't take long to see the temperature in the room drop once the fan is turned on. Which brings me to the fact that it is super convenient having the temperature of the room displayed!

All the setting options, the LED screen indicating the current settings, the remote and the whisper speed settings make this fan exceptional! Definitely a fan I would recommend to a friend or family member!

Buy It: This fan is available for purchase on Amazon, but as of 4/22/14 is out of stock.

I have to say, so far, I have not been disappointed with any of the Ozeri products I have tried. Check out my review of their non-stick (chemical free)Green Earth frying pan, digital bath scale, and the Artesio pepper grinder! All phenomenal products!

Disclosure: I received the fan pictured and discussed above complimentary for review purposes. All opinions are my own and honest. No other compensation was received.

Do you tend to use a fan for air circulation and temperature regulation? What is your favorite feature of the Ozeri 360 Degree Oscillating Tower Fan?
